Ysabel Leyva

Ysabel Leyva, 91, of Miami, FL. died Sunday, June 22, 2025 with her daughter by her side.
She was born to the late Arturo and Iluminada Luis Estrella on April 1, 1934 in Havana, Cuba. She married the late Oscar B. Leyva 65 years ago and they left Cuba to live in Miami, FL in October 1971, with their three children Oscar Jr., Arturo and Yamila.
Ysabel was a GREAT wife and mother. She worked very hard for her family and provided for her three children everything that was not attainable in her own Country.
Ysabel is survived by her children Arturo Leyva and Yamila Leyva Bennett, of Miami, FL. She also is survived by three grandchildren Jessica, Erica and Evan and seven great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 6:30 to 10pm at Vista Funeral Home.
Entombment will be held at 10am on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Vista Funeral Home.

Ysabel Leyva, de 91 años, residente de Miami, Florida, falleció el domingo 22 de junio de 2025 con su hija a su lado.
Nació el 1 de abril de 1934 en La Habana, Cuba, hija de los difuntos Arturo e Iluminada Luis Estrella. Contrajo matrimonio con el difunto Oscar B. Leyva hace 65 años y se mudaron de Cuba a Miami, Florida, en octubre de 1971, con sus tres hijos, Oscar Jr., Arturo y Yamila.
Ysabel fue una EXCELENTE esposa y madre. Trabajó arduamente para su familia y les brindó a sus tres hijos todo lo que no pudieron conseguir en su país.
A Ysabel le sobreviven sus hijos Arturo Leyva y Yamila Leyva Bennett, residentes de Miami, Florida. También le sobreviven sus tres nietos, Jessica, Erica y Evan, y siete bisnietos.
El velatorio se llevará a cabo el jueves 26 de junio de 2025, de 18:30 a 22:00 h, en la Funeraria Vista.
El entierro se realizará a las 10:00 h del viernes 27 de junio de 2025 en la Funeraria Vista.
