Wilnes Nelson

Wilnes "Willie" Nelson, 64 of Miami, Florida, passed away Thursday July 21, 2022 at North Shore Hospital. Wilnes was born March 13, 1958 in Pastel, Haiti to the late Mesirice Nelson and Aneila Nicolas. In 1982 he migrated to United States where he resided in Immokalee, Florida with family and friends. He moved to Miami in 1989, where he was employed with Hyatt Regency Miami for over 25 years where he created another family of friends. He enjoyed to work, dance, singing, spending time with family, and his love Bob Marley was his favorite.

Wilnes is survived by his three children Danny Nelson, Sandra Nelson, Wilda and her husband Emanuel, and his late daughter Martine Nelson. Seven brothers: Piquant Nelson and his wife Disantile, Mercelon Nelson, Lememe Nelson, Lenaud Nelson and his wife Carmen, Fritzner Nelson and his wife Lancy, Jocelin Nelson and wife Veronica Orta , Eddy Nelson and his wife Jacqueline and Two sisters; Solange & Betty Nelson. He is also survived by a host of nephew, nieces, grandchildren, other close relatives and very dear friends.
