Vicente Amado Salgado

Vicente Amado Salgado, 94, of Hialeah, FL passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023.

Vicente was born in Cuba on April 16, 1929 to his parents Juan Vicente and Laura (Izquierdo) Salgado.  He was 1 of 4 children.   He went on to marry his wife Adelaida of 70 years and they had 2 daughters, Mirtha and Vivian.   They fled Cuba 56 years ago and moved to Florida where they built a beautiful life together.   Vicente was a hard worker who did everything in his power to provide for his family and their future.  He loved dancing, family gatherings and cruises.  Years ago, Vicente endured deep sadness after losing his youngest daughter, Vivian.   Vicente is survived by his Wife, Adelaida (Yañez) Salgado, his sister, Margot, daughter, Mirtha, grandchildren, Isleene, Kenneth, Stacie and Justin, great-grandchildren, Mathew, Merit and Ozzie and his most recent great-great-grandson, Enzo.  Vicente, was a family man who loved whole heartedly each and every one of his relatives and it was reflected in his smile and his laughter.   Those who knew him, respected, admired, and loved him.  He touched many lives and left imprints in everyone's heart.  He will forever be remembered and missed.
