Surviving Vicente are his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Vicente was an exceptional human being whose legacy will continue to live in our hearts forever. Recipient of Congressional Medal of Honor, 65th Infantry Borinqueneers, and recognized for his valor in completing two tours to Vietnam. You leave us with memories of what unconditional love means, family unity and heartfelt strength and Your Mission is Accomplished.
