Rene Diaz

Rene Diaz joined his lord and savior on September 9, 2025.  Rene is survived by his wife Hilda, children Ivan and Issette, and three amazing granddaughters Hailey-Marie, Heidi-Renee, and Ilani-Diaz the newest addition to the family.  Rene was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the U.S. when he was 13 or "La Yuma" as he called it.

Rene was a devout Christian, student of scripture, and an incredible hard-worker in the packaging industry.  Rene will be most remembered for being "that guy."  The person that put everyone ahead of himself.  His favorite thing to do in the world beyond following Christ was to spend time with his family and tell stories to friends, family, and complete strangers.

Rene absolutely loved telling jokes and sharing his infectious laugh with everyone within earshot.  We will keep him in our immediate thoughts by remembering his favorite toast at every family gathering : " Salud, que belleza sobra!"

Rene Díaz se reunió con su Señor y Salvador el 9 de Septiembre de 2025. Le sobreviven su esposa Hilda, sus hijos Iván e Issette, y tres maravillosas nietas: Hailey-Marie, Heidi-Renee e Ilani-Díaz, la más reciente integrante de la familia.  Rene nacio en La Habana, Cuba y llego a los Estado Unidos  "La Yuma" con 13 anos.

Rene fue un cristiano devoto, estudioso de las Escrituras y un trabajador incansable en la industria del empaque. Será recordado por ser la persona que siempre ponía a los demás por delante de sí mismo.

Su actividad favorita en el mundo, además de seguir a Cristo, era pasar tiempo con su familia y contar historias con amigos, familiares y hasta los desconocidos. Rene amaba contar chistes y compartir su risa contagiosa con todos los que lo rodeaban.

Lo mantendremos presente en nuestros pensamientos recordando su brindis favorito en cada reunión familiar: "¡Salud, que belleza sobra!"
