Rafael Feliz

Rafael Feliz of age 75, was born in Dominica Republic. Mr. Feliz passed away on June 6th 2022 in Hillsborough Florida. He leaves behind his loving wife, children and others to numerous to mention. He was loved by all who knew him and will be truly missed.
