Olga Marina Escalante, 96, of Miami, Florida, died Saturday, August 15, 2026 with her family by her side.

She was born to the late Manuel Zuniga and Julia A. Pastrana on November 26, 1929 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, C.A. She married late Francisco Benjamin Escalante and shared a wonderful life. Olga is survived by children Rolando, Cesar Edgardo, Roberto, Lourdes, Reyna & Iris all living Miami and Broward - Olga lost her 2nd eldest son Enrique on May 6, 2015. She also is survived by 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren

She was a loving, caring mother to all her children and was loved by many for being an extra special human being that tried her best to help everyone else, she was funny witty and had a wonderful sense of humor, she will be missed.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, from 6-10 pm at Vista Funeral Home with a Christian service, burial will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 22, at Vista Cemetery.
