In Loving Memory of Mildrey Perez
December 20, 1946 – October 20, 2025

Born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, to parents Manuel Irizar and Gregoria Sosa, Mildrey Perez lived a life filled with love, faith, and devotion to her family. She grew up in her beloved hometown, where she attended school and met the love of her life, Hector Perez. They married on August 4, 1969, beginning a lifelong journey that took them from Cuba to Spain, and eventually to New Jersey, where they welcomed their daughter, Cynthia.

Soon after, the family made their home in Hialeah, Florida, where Mildrey built a life grounded in hard work, compassion, and faith. Alongside her husband, she helped grow a family business, invested in real estate, and enjoyed a long and successful career in banking.

She loved her family deeply, found strength and comfort in her faith, and had a special place in her heart for all her pets. Her warmth, kindness, and resilience will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Mildrey is survived by her devoted husband, Hector Perez, and her loving daughter, Cynthia Perez. She is also survived by her sister, Grisel Arteaga, as well as her nieces, nephews, and family who loved her dearly. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
