Martin William Kavinsky

KAVINSKY, Martin William, of Hialeah, passed away suddenly on June 7, 2016 at the age of 60. He was a true Floridian, born in Miami in 1955. Martin attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School, Monsignor Pace High School and the University of Florida. He was a proud veteran of the U. S. Marine Corp.

He is predeceased by his parents Martin W. Kavinsky, Sr. and Dorothy Glogowski Kavinsky. Martin provided devoted companionship for his mother after her retirement. He is survived by his loving sister, Darlene (John) Moppert of Fort Lauderdale, cherished nephew, John Paul Moppert (Brooke) on assignment in Shanghai, beloved niece, Marisa Moppert of Fort Lauderdale, two great nephews, Jack and Luke, and his aunt and godmother, Silvia (Richard) Nitowski of Natrona Heights and 11 cousins.

A mass of the resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, June 24, 2016, 11 AM, at Immaculate Conception Church-Sacred Heart Chapel, 4497 W 1ST Ave, Hialeah, 33012. Inurnment will be at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery on a later date.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation in Martin's memory to Immaculate Conception Catholic School or your favorite veteran's charity.
