Marta F. Ponce, 76 years old, of Miami Lakes, Died Saturday April 22, 2023, with her family by her side.

She was born to the late Gilberto and Hilda Padron on Feb. 21, 1947, in San Nicolas Cuba. She married the late Luis M. Ponce in 1964, and lived together in Havana, before emigrated to Spain in 1972. Two years later they emigrated to Brooklyn, New York. They later relocated to Miami Lakes in 1989.
Marta was devout Catholic with a kind and loving heart. She loved to travel and went on many vacations with her husband. Marta was a devoted mom, sister, grandma, mother-in-Law and most all a loving wife to her late husband. She loved family gathering. Her happiest moments where being around her grandchildren.
Marta is survived by her children Daniel and Luis Ponce. She is also survived by daughters-In-Laws Carmen and Gloria Ponce. She is also survived by brother Gilberto and sister-In-Laws Nory. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren with a one due in May of 2023.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April27, from 6pm -10pm at
Vista Funeral Home with the burial Friday, 28 at 10:15 am
