Maria Corujo

Maria Corujo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to
many whose lives she touched. She joined her loving husband Enrique on
Friday, May 19, 2023, at the age of 80. Her battle with serious medical issues
in recent years never slowed her down nor did they take away her optimistic
outlook on life.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She believed
that family life and unity are priceless. She enjoyed activities like drawing,
coloring, and most recently a love for music and singing. Enjoying food with
others was another love of hers. Her afternoon café con leche could not be
skipped.
Maria is survived by her three daughters, Carolina, Jackelyn, and Cindy; her
stepson, Arsenio; her brother, Carlos; her sons-in-law, daughter-in-law,
nieces, nephews, and 11 grandchildren.
A funeral service is scheduled for 6-10 pm Friday, May 26, 2023, at Vista
Memorial. A viewing at 11 am followed by mass at 12 pm will be held
Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Miami. Her final
resting place will be at Caballero Rivero Dade South.
