Lonnie V. Saunders

SAUNDERS, Lonnie V. (Bones), 89, passed away 2/8/17. Born and raised in Miami, served in the Army, and worked for Lotspiech for 42 years. He loved going to the racetrack and bowling. He was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 1970. Survived by daughter Robin Baker, step-daughters Dusty Barna, Merrill Perez, Kelly Williamson, step-son Raymond MacDonald, brother Daniel, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Saunders, sons Lonnie V. Jr. and Daniel Saunders, grandson Lonnie, sisters Annette, Ettie Bee, and Kathleen, and brother Joseph. Visitation will be at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 NW 57 Ave, Miami Lakes, on Saturday 2/11/17 from 10am-1:30pm, followed by interment.
