Jose Sanchez

Jose "Pepe" Sanchez Brito, 84, passed away Saturday morning, September 3, 2016. He was born on February 13, 1932, in Pajarito Farm, Camajuani, Cuba to Alberto Sanchez Cabrera and Maria Brito Hurtado.
In his native Cuba, he was an agriculturalist, who grew tobacco, coffee, fruits and vegetables, and later worked as a Tobacconist. After immigrating to the United States in 1989, he worked for Publix Supermarket in the produce department until his retirement in 2006. He was well known by colleagues, clients, and friends for his hard work and dedication, but most of all for his kind smile and eager, firm handshake.
He dedicated his life to supporting and providing for his family in the United States or in Cuba. He was a devoted spouse to his sweetheart, Caridad Botell, whom he married in 1960, and who preceded him in death, and an adoring father, grand-father and great-grandfather. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Greise Sanchez Botell, grand-daughter, Naisy Perez Sanchez, and great grand-children, Maikol and Natalia de la Caridad, by his sisters Eneida and Julia and by many nieces and nephews.
The viewing will be held at Vista Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 6, between 6 pm and midnight and his burial will take place at Vista Memorial Cemetery at 10 am, Wednesday, September 7.

Jos "Pepe" S¡nchez Brito, de 84 aos, falleci la maana del s¡bado, 3 de septiembre del 2016. Naci el 13 de febrero de 1932, en la finca Pajarito, Camajuani, Cuba, hijo de Alberto S¡nchez Cabrera y Mara Brito Hurtado.
En su pas nativo, fue agricultor, y cultivo tabaco, caf, frutas y vegetales, antes de formar a ser tabaquero. Despus de emigrar a Estados Unidos en 1989, trabaj para la cadena de supermercados Publix, en el departamento de frutas y vegetales. Fue conocido por colegas, clientes y amistades, por su car¡cter dedicado y muy trabajador, pero sobre todo por su amable sonrisa y su carioso y siempre-listo apretn de manos.
Dedic su vida a respaldar y proveer por su familia, ya sea en Estados Unidos o en Cuba. Fue esposo devoto a su amada Caridad Botell, con quien se cas en 1960, y quien lo precedi en muerte, y padre, abuelo y bis-abuelo carioso. Ser¡ recordado con amor por su hija, Greise S¡nchez Botell, su nieta, Naisy Prez S¡nchez, sus bis-nietos, Maikol y Natalia de la Caridad, y por sus hermanas, Eneida y Julia, al igual que muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.
El velorio tomara lugar en Vista Memorial Gardens Funeral Home el martes, 6 de septiembre, entre 6 de la tarde y media noche y su entierro, en Vista Memorial Cemetery a las 10 de la maana el mircoles, 7 de septiembre.
