Jorge A. Borges

Jorge Armando Borges was born in Cuba on September 23,1961.
Jorge married the love of his life, Alina, in 1980. Together, they raised their two children, Katherine and Kenneth. Jorge relished every moment of parenthood. He was an entrepreneur, avid fisherman, and outdoors man. Jorge is survived by his wife of 43 years, Alina, his children: Katherine (Rudy) Sardina  and Kenneth (Paola) Borges, his mother Irma,  sisters Arlene and Olga, brothers Jorge, and Chevy,  as well as nieces Elizabeth, Priscilla, Melissa, Naixy, Giselle, Monica, Luiva, and Amanda and nephews Jorge, Justin, and Alexander. And, very beloved, the sparkles in his eyes, his grandchildren: Valerie, Sebastian, and Nathan.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Glioblastoma Foundation.  Viewing to be held at Vista Funeral Home in Miami Lakes, Tuesday , January 31 from 6-10 PM. Burial Wednesday, February 1 at 11:30 AM.
