Jesus Rodriguez

Jesus Rodriguez, 84, died October 2 ^nd , 2019 at his home in Hialeah, Florida after a long battle with cancer.

Mr. Rodriguez was born on January 25 ^th , 1935 in Barcelona, Spain to Maria Carnero and Salvador Rodriguez. He attended the seminary in Barcelona where he exceeded in classical studies. Thereafter, he and his mother immigrated to the United States and settled in New York City. Mr. Rodriguez immediately went to work in various corporate capacities. He married the love of his life, Dolores Lorenzo, and they were happily married for 60 years. They raised three sons and two daughters in New Jersey before relocating to Hialeah, Florida. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading, history, geography, and was a passionate fan of the Barcelona Fútbol Club.

His family paid tribute to him, "Dad was an incredible husband, father, and friend. He was kind, thoughtful, dedicated, and opened his heart without hesitation to family and friends. Dad was an inspiration to all of us and we were blessed to love him."

Jesus was preceded in death by his beloved son, Salvador (Sal).

Jesus is survived by his wife, Dolores, his sons, Charles (Charlie) and Anthony (Tony), his daughters Dolores (Loly) and Irene (Nini), and his granddaughters, Daphne, Jessica, Gianna, Anistyn, and Karlie.
