Jeanne T Carter
Born in Pawtucket, R.I. August 19, 1925 - October 24, 2025. Born to Leon A Mathieu & Marianne (Gendreau) Mathieu. She was lucky enough to find two loves of her life. She was predeceased by Arby Harry Carter and Louis Panepinto. Predeceased by siblings whom she loved dearly, Brother Edgar (Pete) Mathieu and Sister Annette (Mathieu) Cote.
She is survived and will be dearly missed by her children -grandchildren - great grandchildren Christine (Carter) Jacques (Michael) Harry Stephen Carter and was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Gloria (Hahn) Brian Carter.
Grandchildren: Lisa (Jacques) Lynn (Jason) Janelle (Carter Amos) (Tony Motisi) Jeffrey Carter (Gina)
Great Grandchildren: Brandon Lunday Jacqueline Marie Amos Zachary Quercioli Alex Prado Ariane Quercioli Stephen Carter Ophelia Carter
She also leaves many nieces, nephews & lots of friends. She had been cared for the past 4 years by Mark & Pat Sivert. They considered her their mother & she was very happy with them in their home. She was loved.
She will be welcomed into the precious arms of Jesus whom she has served selflessly her entire life 🙏🏻 Memére's legacy is Christ-centered and she taught all of us how to be a better human being with her endless forgiveness, mercy and grace. She is the epitome of 'never knowing a stranger'. She was an instant friend to all.
Her legacy lives on to make the world a better place one person at a time She lit the world on fire with dance, prayer and love and laughter. She will be remembered by all she met for years to come.
