Janis Price Bash

Janis Bash, 84, a long-time resident of Miami Lakes, passed away Thursday the 25th of March at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 27th, 1936 in Jacksonville, Florida, to George and Elizabeth Price. Janis was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines and later worked for Miami-Dade County Schools. She loved to travel, go to church, and spend time with family. Janis was also a three-time cancer survivor. She is survived by her loving husband, John (Jack); two daughters, Jan (Joseph) and Jackie (Brett); brothers, George and Perry; and granddaughters, Jessie, Julie, and Jenny.

Visitation will take place on Monday, April 5th from 5-9 pm at the Vista Funeral Home, 14200 NW 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 6th at 11:30 am at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, 15801 NW 67th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida.

Following the mass, there will be a funeral procession to Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th Street, Doral, Florida.
