HILDELISA'S OBITUARY

Beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Hildelisa Kolkhorst passed away on January 21, 2025, after a long illness. She was surrounded by the love and warmth of her family in her final days.

Hildelisa's life was defined by her devotion to her family, who were her greatest pride and joy. She is survived by her children: Gregory of Rowlett, Texas, Ileana of Miami, Florida and Gilbert and his wife Marilyn of Thibodaux, Louisiana. She also leaves behind her cherished sister, Milagros.

As a loving grandmother, Hildelisa adored her grandchildren: Angel, Yvette, Anelise, and Andrew, Gilbert Jr., and Aaron, each of whom brought her immense happiness and purpose. She was known as GG to her adored great-grandchildren Taevian, Faith, Leah, Gracelynn, Lileana, Pablo, Olivia and Eloise.

Hildelisa's life was a testament to kindness, wisdom, and unshakable strength. Her joyful personality and unwavering love will forever resonate with all who were fortunate to know her.

She will be deeply missed, but forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.

Services
A viewing service will be held at Vista Memorial Gardens on Friday, January 31, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The burial will follow on Saturday, February 1, at 10:00 AM.
