Our father could light up a room just by walking in.  When he spoke, everyone listened.  He enjoyed spending time with each of his six grandchildren.  He would watch a game, talk about life, and go fishing with them.
He grew up in Guyana and upon coming to the US, he fell in love with his wife of 49 years, Mayra.  Even though he spoke no Spanish and she spoke no English their love blossomed.  They had three children together; Esther, Damon and Cheryl.
He ran his own company selling men's formal wear.  To say he was a man of style is an understatement!  He was loved by all and will be missed immensely.
