Gloria Caridad Mendez

Gloria Caridad Mendez, 76, of Hialeah, FL, passed away Saturday, November 4th, 2023 with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Havana, Cuba on April 5th, 1947, to the late Manuel Hernandez and Adela Cordero.  She married the late Gustavo Mendez in 1970 and lived together in Havana, Cuba before migrating to the US in 1980.

Gloria is survived by her children Judith Cabezas of Hialeah and Damaris Diaz of Tavernier, FL.  She also is survived by her grandchildren, Brandon, Daniel, Giovanni, and Nicholas.

Burial service will be held on Monday, November 13th at 11:30am at Vista Memorial Gardens (Bamboo Building).
