Genny Garcia passed away peacefully on August 20, 2023
She was born to the late Pedro and Ramona Castro on January 3, 1931, in Havana, Cuba.
She was married to Rufino Garcia (deceased) and moved to Hialeah in the early 1960's where she had resided since.
She graduated from the ONRI School of Nursing in Havana and worked at Hialeah Hospital OR for over 30 years.
Genny is survived by her two daughters, Ana M. Garcia and Mayra Garcia Alonso, her grandchildren Nicole and Christina and great grandchild Mya. She is also survived by her two sisters Olga and Carmen and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Vista Funeral Home on Friday, September 1st at 10 AM followed by the Burial Service at 1:00 PM.
