Francisco Achao Chang, 92, natural of Cuba, resident of Miami, Florida, passed away on August 8th of 2023.
He was predeceased by his wife, Elsa Rojas Chang; and is survived by his daughter, Fara Chang Valdes; grandchildren, Oylan Gonzalez, Li Valdes, and Liang Valdes; and 3 great-grandchildren.
