Frances Josefa Garcia, born Francisca Josefa Gonzalez Bello, died in Florida on August 3, 2022 at age 91. She is survived by her 3 daughters, 1 granddaughter, 4 grandsons, and 5 great grandsons. She was loved by family and friends. She is to be buried next to her parents at Vista Memorial Gardens, following a private service.
