Ferdinand Cuevas 99 of Hollywood, FL passed away November 24, 2025 at 7;46 AM
Ferdinand passed peacefully in the loving company of his daughters Elba Cuevas-Rodriguez and Norma Ruiz.

He was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico He was Married for 65 to Rosa I. Cuevas. He retired from the US Army then worked for The City of Coral Gables, which he also retired from.
He is survived by His 3 children Elba Cuevas-Rodriguez, Ferdinand Cuevas  Jr, and Norma (Edgar) Ruiz, 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great-grandchildren.
He loved to travel, dance, and bingo with his wife.  He traveled the world and made friends everywhere, He never met a stranger.

While in the Army he Boxed, he played Ping Pong, he was also a swimming instructor.  He played softball and Volleyball for the Army team.  After retiring, he still played softball at North Glades Park.   He was also a bowler and won many trophies. He loved to travel with wife, go dancing and love to play bingo.
