He is survived by his Wife: Elsa Fernandez; his 3 sons: Frank Felix, Richard (Margarita) Fernandez, & Felix Jr; and 3 grandchildren: Francheska, Valarie, & Jude. His viewing will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2015 from 6 AM to 1 AM.
