Edward Gamboa (1970–2023)
We are sad to announce the passing of Edward Gamboa, 53, of
Elizabeth, New Jersey who's been a loved member of the FL community
for the past 35 years, on November 10th, at Cleveland Clinic Hospital.
He went peacefully, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Edward was a great father and husband; a good friend with a heart of
gold; selfless, always putting others first. A man with a smile that could
light up a room, making jokes even during serious times… A lover of
Star Wars and Horror movies. But above all, he was an extraordinary
and special gift to his family. He loved God and always had faith that
He would see his family through any hard time they were facing. He will
be greatly missed by all those who knew and adored him.

Edward was preceded in death by his Grandmother Maria Cardona, his
uncle's Julio and Mario Cardona, and Father Alirio Gamboa. He is
survived by his wife Lissette and daughters Cynthia and Stephanie. His
immediate family, mother Graciela Gamboa, brothers Frank, Endy,
Fernando; and extended immediate family Romulo Valdes and Lucy
Aloisi.
The funeral will be held at Vista Funeral Homes on Monday, November
20, 2023, 6 pm – 10 pm.
