Dulcie Mulchan, formerly Mittoo, was born in Trinidad, the first of four children. She married at an early age. She dedicated her life to lavishly loving and raising a big, strong family of eight children. Amidst the struggles of life, she found the strength to spread love and affection to everyone she knew. She was a strong woman, but her faith is what strengthened her. She began a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ at about age eight and passed that blessing on to everyone. She will be missed more than words can say.

A true matriarch, her influence was far reaching. Her legacy lives on!

Dulcie was pre deceased by her late husband of 70 years, Sookdeo Mulchan, and survived by eight children and their spouses, 18 grandchildren and their spouses, 7 great grandchildren, and one sister and brother in law.
