Dora Diaz, de 75 años, falleció en paz el 16 de julio de 2026, rodeada del amor de su familia.

Dora fue una mujer de increíble fortaleza y determinación inquebrantable. Trabajadora, valiente e indestructible, fue el pilar de su familia y la persona a quien todos acudían en busca de guía, consuelo y amor. Su presencia era poderosa, su corazón era generoso y su legado vivirá por siempre en las muchas vidas que tocó. La mayor alegría de Dora siempre fue su familia.

Le sobreviven su amada hija, Leigzys Ortega; sus queridos nietos, Lázaro Heidel Rodríguez, José Alejandro Padron y Elizabeth Marie Padron; y sus adorados bisnietos, Stephan Alexander Padron, Jayden Cole Padron, Saige Isabella Sosa y Kaysen Matthew Padron.

Aunque nuestros corazones están destrozados por su partida, encontramos consuelo al saber que un amor como el suyo nunca desaparece. Una parte de nuestros corazones se fue con ella, pero su amor permanece en cada recuerdo, en cada enseñanza y en cada vida que tocó. La fortaleza que llevó consigo, los sacrificios que hizo y el amor incondicional que entregó continuarán guiando a su familia por generaciones.

La velación en honor a Dora Diaz se llevará a cabo el miércoles, 22 de julio de 2026, de 6:00 p.m. a 10:00 p.m. en Vista Memorial Funeral Home, en Miami Lakes, Florida.

Dora será profundamente extrañada, eternamente amada y por siempre recordada.

Dora Diaz, age 75, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Dora was a woman of incredible strength and unwavering determination. Hardworking, fierce, and unbreakable, she was the pillar of her family and the person everyone turned to for guidance, comfort, and love. Her presence was powerful, her heart was selfless, and her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched.

Dora's greatest joy in life was her family. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Leigzys Ortega; her cherished grandchildren, Lázaro Heidel Rodríguez, José Alejandro Padron, and Elizabeth Marie Padron; and her adored great-grandchildren, Stephan Alexander Padron, Jayden Cole Padron, Saige Isabella Sosa, and Kaysen Matthew Padron.

Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in knowing that love like hers never truly leaves us. A piece of our hearts went with her, but her love remains in every memory, every lesson, and every life she touched. The strength she carried, the sacrifices she made, and the unconditional love she gave will continue to guide her family for generations to come.

A visitation in honor of Dora Diaz will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Vista Memorial Funeral Home in Miami Lakes, Florida.

Dora will be deeply missed, forever loved, and eternally remembered.
