Dianelys Rodriguez

Dianelys Rodriguez, 54 years of age, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020, at her home in Miami Lakes, Florida, surrounded by family.

Dianelys known as "Dee" to her friends and "Nana" to her family, was born on March 23, 1966, in Pinar Del Río, Cuba to the late Lidia Correa and Orlirio Rodriguez. Dianelys was an extraordinary mother to her son, Jake Schwartz, an amazing co-parent with Michael Schwartz, and a beloved sister to Maribel Rodriguez. Dianelys was in many ways the matriarch of the familia Correa and will be deeply missed by her aunts Doris (Correa) Piñero and Oniria Correa as well as all her cousins.

Dianelys graduated from Miami Springs Senior High Class of '84. She made several friends throughout her lifetime that she loved dearly. Dianelys was also a dynamic businesswoman with an entrepreneurial spirit with years of service at American Express and other global enterprises.

Although Dianelys has left this earth, she will live in hearts forever. We love her and miss her dearly but grateful to have spent this precious time with her and look forward to seeing her again in heaven.

Services will take place on Friday, October 30, 2020. Visitation is open to family and friends from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, at Vista Funeral Home 14200 NW 57 ^th Ave., Miami Lakes, Florida 33014 in Rooms B & C. Face mask is required, and only 20 people are allowed in the room at a time. The burial service will immediately proceed the visitation only for 10 immediate family members.
