Delbert R. Bates, 83, joined his beloved in heaven on their 41st wedding anniversary, August 12th, 2019. He is survived by his brother, Harvey, his six children, Valerie, Kimberly, Tracy, David, Shirley, Beverly, and a slew of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
His service will be held at Vista Memorial Gardens in Miami Lakes, FL at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 19th, 2019. The graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Dade Memorial Park, with his celebration of life to be held immediately after at his favorite restaurant, Jimmy's Place.
