Caridad Lucinda Mora

Caridad Lucinda Mora, 84, of Miami, went home to be with God on Friday, July 31, 2020 when she peacefully passed with family near her. Caridad was born in Havana, Cuba on June 30th, 1936 to her parents, Francisco Arrojo Canet and Josefa Antela Alverez. On December 14th, 1958 she married the love of her life, Alfredo German Mora in San Juan Bosco Church.  Caridad and Alfredo came to the United States to become proud American citizens in 1963.  She worked as a pre-need counselor with Vista Memorial Plan prior to her retirement and previously worked at Wrigley's and Johnson & Johnson as an executive secretary.  Caridad was preceded in death by her loving and dear husband, Alfredo, who recently passed on Saturday, May 30th, 2020 embraced with family at his side.

Caridad will be missed by her dearly beloved three sons:  Dr. Alfred J. Mora, (spouse, Catherine) of Fort Pierce, Florida and their daughter, Ariana and son-in-law, David of Atlanta, Georgia; Herman L. Mora and his son, Herman Mora, Jr. of Miami, Florida; and Anthony J. Mora, Sr. and his four children, Demi Mora, Natalie Mora,  Anthony Mora, Jr., and Nichole Mora of Pembrook Pines.  Caridad is further survived by great-grandchildren: Joshua (son of Demi) and Winter (daughter of Natalie).

Caridad will be sadly missed and most remembered for her compassionate "heart of gold" and unconditional devotion that she generously graced to her dearly beloved family and friends.

A "Celebration of Life" for Caridad's final farewell will be Friday, August 14th from 7 – 10 PM at the Vista Funeral Home and will be laid to rest in a private ceremony on Saturday, August 15th next to her husband, Alfredo at the Vista Memorial.

A special thanks goes to Anthony Jr.,  Nichole, and nursing assistants that cared for her over the last nineteen months at home so she could be loved by her entire family over the months until her passing.
